upgrade Eastman mando to Grover 309 tuners

- 1/16" drill bit might be a little too big, get 3/64".  (need to redrill holes #1 and 5, no biggie.)

- Grover bushings are smaller diameter than Schallers.  Also a little higher above peghead surface (slightly change breakover angle)

- sliver a toothpick, put the little pieces into screw holes to tighten them up
